SOLUTION TO THE DLC PROBLEM

I entered the code and such (useing a ps3 version of DOA if it means
anything) and the site said that I claimed my code. But when i log into
the network ingame it does not show the armor in my DLC section. Would
this screw up the DLC to just putting .com in place of .net and if so
can i fix it?After looking over everthing I forgot that my PSN login
ends with .net
not .com and the only difference being that i used .com in my email
instead of the latter, any advice or instructions would help.

2 months I've tried to communicate problem via email to EA support. one sign up later and I'm downloading. all I have to do now is get them to transfer my purchase of warden's keep from Uk version to Singapore version.....

Golem Control Rod.
I've the UK version of collector's edition and am playing on the US account and so it won't let me download the control rod. I trued switching to UK account and the download won't show up there.
The option that i've got now is to play the game again on UK account and download the rod and use it on my US account just like I did with other downloadable content. Is there any other way to this than playing the game again on a different country's account..??? Thanks for the help.

@indusporus, u don't need to do that once the content has been downloaded. like once all the dlc is dled, you can just play on your usual user and just leave the other user idle as it seems deleting it MAY corrupt the dlc. I'm actually not understanding the exact problem here is it that you can't get the rod (assuming that you HAVE dled the content) or you can't get the Shale dlc off the psn?

first thanks again Ancientonez for the solution. However...
After talking to EA they transferred my DLC to this bioware account. When I opened a Singapore based account on PSN and the PS3 I was then able to download the Stone prisoner etc.
But, I had already purchased Warden's Keep on my UK PSN ID and this also is not registering on the DLC list. I must need the game from the Singapore store?
EA are saying they can't do anything about this.
Anybody else had this problem and/or have a solution?

In those emails I supplied all of the information about my game, which I will not post here. I need help because of the fact that I cannot register the Promo Code for the Blood Dragon Armor again, because of the fact that it could only be used once, and the DLC is not appearing.
Edit: I'm having the same issue as Shadow, from above, except that my account was already linked and I don't know what to do.

I was never asked to sign into the server.... The game just signed in itself automatically !! How can I know which account did I use to sign in?

@m2thep- maybe but i don't have enough info from you to help. calling EA is of course the best solution, this is just another means of avoiding calling them as they have been unsuccessful recently. im however skeptical whether the code from shale and the armour are from the same region. but im assuming it is and if you are saying is right and the code for shale came alongside the same packaging as the armour, it may be something wrong with the system accepting the code.
@ In The Void + Tooevil_BR- shadow had a situation that he screwed up the web addresses when applying the codes and those queries can only be directed to EA. However with In The Void's query, I'm confused as to where you first claimed the promo code for the armour as you say you cannot claim it "again". Again directed towards tooevil, you should call EA cause your matter cannot be handled by me as they need to access the system.
@Nicolas- this is what i did when i was in your position, made a new user, connected online on the psn on the normal screen of the ps3 with the psn account specific to the region, then into the game which I then logged in with the dragon age social network account. If the steps were followed correctly it SHOULD prompt you to log in. Possibly try to make a new user and try it again. I'm not doubting if you did the steps correctly but its a possibility, as no one else has posted such an issue and I don't see how the game can automatically sign you into the bioware account with a new user..

I think my game is region 1, I also got 2 flyers, 1 with the 3 items and the other one with Shale and the Armor but cant find where my game was purchased hope u can help me

Having a copy thats relevant to your region is the best solution and I really think that it's a big mistake of EA to implement such a restriction.

I checked later wich countries is region 1 available and found it works on all america and some countries from asia the problem is on wich country the game was imported ;_;

I followed the instructions and i got it to work, i had a hongkong version printed on the redeem codes so that was easy, my brother on the otherhand had no printing of what version he had so i gave it a try and created a new hongkong psn account which was correct:) i got his items working and since the items where redeemed over his master psn account which is linked to EA and this site it worked perfectly fine. so i have downloaded the items through my HK account and when i use my swedish account i see all items downloaded and working but i still get the msg saying i have no new items for download as if im not connected to the dragon age servers.
what i would like to figure out is wheter or not i am connected to the dragon age servers since its a HK version but im using a swedish account, using the HK account i get timedout since the ping is extremly high and with the swedish one im not sure if im even connected to the servers.. is there anyway to know if my connection works or not? should one use a account asigned to the game version or doent it matter?
