i just tried to redeem my code for shale and it didn't work, it surely is coz of the country and stuff (i'm from chile and the game is from usa) and i tried all that Ancientonez said and when i go to the download page inside the game the list appear but when i try to get it, it sends me to the ps store and says that i have to pay for the content... i tried to use the code again but it says that it's incorrect... no shale for me neither?

I bought the Warden Keep locally, but it's not appearing in the game even I log on as a local psn user, any solution for that? maybe like someone mentioned above, rent a copy from local video store then install it?

I too have this issue!
Psn is Australia but bought the game in HK, got all the redeem codes by creating a user with HK psn as suggested by people on this forum, GREAT!
But now I can't purchase Wardens Keep DLC because my credit card is not HK!

Does anyone know or have anyone found a solution for this yet? Please help?

I think I might have to just go and buy the AUS version of this game. Its around $90

Sorry but one more question, if I now purchase the AUS game and play this will I be able to access all the DLC that I have already redeemed using the HK game? I'm a bit confused. Cheers.

i guess that it's possible, as long as you use the same bioware account in the game... right?


ps: i still can't redeem the stone prisoner nor the armour, i followed the steps and when i try to download the dlc it says that i have to pay

julitro thats an issue you may have to take up with EA. I can't deal with the psn or credit card areas cause I don't have access to the database... but remember, you must download the dlc from the new user connected to the game code's psn cause that's the only place the codes are valid and won't cost you so don't go back to your default user until all your dlc has been downloaded and installed. If this is not your case however, its definitely an issue with EA and PSN I'm afraid....

and that should answer aaron's question as well lol

Well i got to making an american psn account for my american game and finally the DLC works.



Does anyone know for sure if DLC content purchased from a european psn account will work with my american game? I dont have a visa card and bought a pre paid card unfortunately i can only add the money to my european psn account since the card is also region bound. ffs

Firstly I want to say thank you for the great help with the redeeming codes. I would've never figured this one out on my own, having bought the UK version of the game and then needing to realize it was actually from Singapore...



But anyway, this said, I have another recurring doubt. I know it's been expressed in some posts above this one, but I can't seem to see the clear answer, so I'll ask again:



Having solved the problem with the redeeming codes, I'm left with the Warden's keep issue. I purchased this from the Spanish PSN and now the DLC menu tells me I haven't purchased it. While it is clear that the version aren't compatible... what should I do or who should I contact about this? Is there any chance of a transfer? I really would not appreciate throwing 7€ away just because it tickled someone's fancy...

@ onyrica, tell EA and they will prob transfer it for you. They seem to be pretty loose about anything dealing with dlc as long as u have claimed it.



@ sven, ive explained that on page 6. european dlc will not work on an american game.

I just read on the Dragon Age Wikia that there is a known problem in the Warden's Keep DLC, that, should one of your characters level during the fight in the Great Hall (room with 4 purple Summoning Circles) with the Rage Demon and Undead Wardens, then the door to the rest of the Keep will not unlock, thus barring you from completing the Soldier's Peak quest or getting any of the goodies available there... This happened to me, and, like an idiot I thought I had to go elsewhere to find a key. I carried on with my game hoping to return to Warden's Keep to finish the Quest at a later time and have now reached Level 18 and would hate to start over again just to access the Soldier's Keep content.



Any ideas as to how I can correct this bug and enjoy the DLC without starting a brand new Campaign? I'm playing Dragon Age on the PS3.

I've read this topic and I was wundering if this also have something to do with my problems contacting the dragon age server ?

Recently (1 week ago) I bought for mine PS3 the additional content "Stone Prisoner" a € 14,99
In mine PS3 main screen under the header "Playstation r Network" and head "Download listI see standing that I've purchased the additional content.
When I download the content in this screen I don't get an message that it was unsuccesful but that it was installed. I think it has been installed on my PS3 harddrive under "Game" and then Helpprogram for Gamedata (is this the right place).

In the main Dragon Age screen under downloadable content, I get "No content is available blablablabla.
When I resume my game at the merchant Felix, I get the message,"You must be connected to the PlaystationNetwork and the Dragon Age Servers to access online features of the title"

People what the heck, I don't get this. I thought I had a game console where I only need to know how to start up my console. After a full week cursing and swearing I am really done with it and could need a helping hand.

If anyone needs more info to help me please let me know.  Excuse me for the long post and my nagging but
I'm really getting desperate.

@ arkay I don't have warden's keep so I'm not able to help but if you look at the dragon age wiki there may be a solution.



@ dutch, unless you've tampered with the hard drive and data saves on your ps3 which i doubt u hav yet is possible, it should have saved somewhere where it would b properly accessed. I'm finding it difficult to see how you bought the content, it was in the download list of the dlc, you got it, and then you see "no content is available". to me that makes absolutely no sense at all.

Except, one idea that just came to mind........ could you tell me what country you got your game, your country of residence and if you have already claimed any dlc to see identify the kind of situation you are in??

just cause you got the game from US doesn't mean the dlc will be too. be careful!!!

Just checked the code card I received with the game. Sadly, there is no such a thing as the code you described anywhere on it. The only relevant code I see (and which could be the solution to the problem) is a number at the very end of the card (right at the end of the copyright notice) which is my game access code plus two more digits. Any ideas?

sigh i wish i could see this card and take a look. atm tho i guess you can assume if you can't find a number resembling mine yours isn't from asia and unlikely from europe so just assume its usa.

I took a pic of it with my cell (crappy one..). I can send it to ya if you have the time to take a look at it(I blurred the codes though )

 No need to send you anything my friend. Changed to US and it worked like a charm.So, let's add this information for other people who bought from the US :People, this worked for my version of the game, which was bought from US Amazon :The Code Card that arrives with the game, does NOT contain the kind of code that Ancientonez describes at his first post (code like BDA-HKPSN) right under the printed redeem code.BUT his method works the same. Just follow the steps, create a US PSN account, and you ll be able to download Shale and the Blood Dragon Armor.

I am having a simillar problem that the OP's steps have not fixed. I live in NZ and brought the game here but it was from a company that parallel imports and I got an SG code on my game. When I redeem the codes (BDA and Stone prisoner) in the downloadable content redeem codes section it seems to work but but nothing comes up when I access the downloadable content menu in either my regualr user account or my new SG user account.

Whilst playing the game there is no BDA at the merchant in my camp and when I try and get the control rod from felix in sulchers pass it keeps telling me I need to connect to the DA server and the PSN when I already am. What's going wrong?

@ estar thanks for the info. id also like to look at the photo you talked about just to see what you guys are dealing with too.

@qscrgn NZ seems to be a black spot for me because I know about the parallel imports and they don't exactly help my process. Can i just make sure you logged into your bioware social network which you're using to look at this? Alone making the sg psn isn't enough, you must log onto the bioware network to verify you have the content.

thanx for your reply because I got the flew I didn't had the opportunity to react sooner.

You're totally right when you say it's riduculous that I bought the content, it stands in mine download list but I can't access it in my game. It's Fxxxing unbelievable, but true.
Hope that you can help, cause I'm run out of ideas and to be honest also out of spirit.

Purchased : mygamestore.nl (I don't know if this really is a dutch company or a foreign one with a website that ends with .nl)
Claiming DLC : what do you mean with this ? I couldn't recognize an code of any country, should I send you the code ?
