Oh by the way Ancientonez, I saw that there stands data with exactly the same amount megabites(291 mb) in PS3 main screen under the header "GAME" and then under "HELPPROGRAM FOR GAMEDATA".
I think it need to stand in "HELPPROGRAM FOR SAVED GAMEDATA(mini)", but I can't access it or copy it.

Well dutch, it is common for overseas companies to claim to be established in your country (such as my contact lenses website that ships from china yet claims to be australian (go figure) ). loooool when I was talking about claiming dlc I meant that when you see the "registered codes page" on the bioware social website you can see what you have claimed. Best thing you can do is take a photo of any claim codes the store gave u so i can take a look (not like i have anything to gain since ive already used mine), and just see if anything resembles what I or estarinakis have described.

First off thanks for the reply. However I don't fully understand what you mean by being logged into bioware social network. Is that the same as being logged into the dragonage servers, which the game does automatically when I start it up? I am only logged into these forums on my pc, but when I look at my registered game promos it does list the BDA and stone prisoner for ps3.

Yes dragon age servers = bioware servers. On the new psn when you first logon you should be prompted to log onto the dragon age servers and only then can you properly download the content.

dutch ive been tracking what you've been saying and something doesn't add up. you say you're from the netherlands, yet you said you purchased the game from the www.mygamestore.nl which i took a look at and ONLY seems to sell credit for xbox live, psn etc points. Where did you buy the actual dragon age origins game from?

obpu we don't handle trophy problems, and I can't understand what you wrote totally sorry. although registering your game would be a wise start.

Yes I'm definately logged on to both the servers and the PSN. My trophy collection has uploaded fine and my codes seem to have been accepted but the DLC won't work in game.
Edit: It works now! Turns out my SG user was still for some reason using the NZ PS store but when I fixed that it fixed the problem and downloaded properly! Big thanks for the help:lol:

Well EA customer support sent me here. Looks good, got all the free DLC that came with the game.
Still have the Wardens Keep issue though. Bought on aussie psn. Game being hongkong.
Any solutions yet.

@ skett hk game needs hk dlc, call sony and make them transfer wardens keep purchase to your hong kong psn.
@ temizkan your save games are not transferable to your new user HOWEVER once you download all the new dlc on your new psn as instructed you can return to your old save games on your old user and the dlc should be available. you shouldn't be able to download the dlc on your old user even though you made the new user. just trust the instructions.
P.S wonder if EA will give me a job......

Hey, so this is my problem... I got both my codes in my PS3 of dragons age and followed the instructions for the blood dragon armor which i entered the code on this website and downloaded it in the marketplace which all worked fine
then i went to do the same with the shale code and entered it on the same site. It seemed to accept it but i can't find any information on it anywhere. i then read on the instructions that it says redeem the code on the main menu of dragons age. I then went to the menu and entered my code which it then said invalid code, and now i can't seem to get my shale unlock 
my guesses are that it accepted it on the website and now it can't be used in the game. please help 
It says in my registered game promos that its there but i can't seem to download it from my menu in dragons agethanks alot!

I've been playing Dragon Age for a few months now and just recently decided to try and download the 'free' content that comes with the game. I logged into the playstation network and the dragon age network and clicked download content on the main page. I picked the the stone prisoner download because I really want shale in my game, and was asked to enter a code. So I dutifully typed in the code provided in the leaflet when I bought the game but it tells me the code is invalid. The same thing happens with the code for the blood dragon armor. So I came on here and tried to follow the instructions for getting the codes to work properly but I cant figure out what country my game is from. The two codes are completely different and do not have any numbers or letters that are the same. Am I just looking in the wrong place for the country indication?
