Strangely I was able to download the BDA included with the game right away, but I couldn't download SHALE which was also included, do you think your solution applies here?
Probably it's another issue, as numerous other people seem to have the same problem but I haven't found a solution anywhere...

I have the same problem as Typhoon7150 and Dr_Bones.
My DA:O game came with both the Blood Dragon Armour and Shale. I used Redeem Code from my PS3 for Shale but nothing happened except that the Stone Prisoner disappeared from the menu. Then I tried the Blood Armour code and it worked perfectly.
So I tried redeeming the code for Shale from this website but it said the code has already been used, but still it doesn't recognize that in my game.
I really want to get the downloadable content before April 30 because it expires at that time according to the back of the box.

Another info, my copy of game is Italian and my psn account is a master account and Italian. I don't have sub account. My downloaded and istalled the 29mb patch

So same story as everywhere, I bought the game ( from www.play.com - UK), live in Germany, and at the first start entered my codes. To sum up: The Blood Dragon Armor worked just fine, but the code for Shale didn't bring up any download possibility in the DLC in the game.
I wrote 3 emails and was three times in the Live Chat with one of the employees of Bioware which didn't help either.
The third time the employee would even give me a new code for Shale, but as the first code no download appeared.

I dont think it is the same problem, if one download works then it shouldnt be a problem with the accounts, try this forum:

the new dlc "return to ostragar" is up, but i will not buy this and "wander's keep" until the problem with "the stone prisoner" is solved. I still wait a official response, thank you.

EA support have tried to help but so far nothing has worked and I am still waiting after four days for another response. If I have not heard from them or they fail once agin to sort this out then I will be returning the game back to Gamestation for a refund as it quite obviously "not fit for purpose" - I know the pronlem is with the servers but it is the principle.

Warden's Keep Disappeared. Alistair Naked. Warden's keep worked fine for awhile but then disappeared from map and alistair naked (he was wearing stuff found in warden's keep). + lost everything that was in the overflow chest. coincident with 1.03 "patch" install.
says it is loading on the dlc selection options page... but it's not there. not happy.

the armor code worked after trying what the thread suggested but the Stone Prisoner DLC doesn't even appear on my list .. I checked my local PS store and I can see the DLC priced for 19.99$ but I can't use my code to download my Stone Prisoner dlc even though it says here in this site that I have it as a registered promo ..
in other words same problems as the above guys .. Bioware/EA please fix this

i'm having the same problem as all people above; code for Fury of Shale didn't work, contacted EA support and they activated it on my account (I can see it from my Bioware social page in my Entitled Promotions), but it is not anymore on the list of downloadable content...
I'm from Italy, I tried also with my US, UK and Singapore accounts but nothing worked.

Ok. Firstly, thanks for looking at this post. Secondly, I am NOT an EA staff member, just an 18 year old Australian guy who found a way to help a few people. Thirdly, do not always expect a very quick response cause this isn't my job. Fourthly, this is really the person to person technical support meaning other players help other players, any REAL tech support comes from the EA offices. Fifthly, any problems with the new patch I cannot assist with as I haven't even installed it (and I will probably start on it now actually) . Sixthly, I have a life people, like the rest of you. DLC should NOT be the difference between buying this game or not because its ADDED content, it doesn't change the game by a lot. Now to the queries in order:
@Typhoon: Invalid code can also mean it's been claimed. Theres a lag between bioware servers and the game connecting properly so sometimes it takes a little bit of time to appear. Now since its been a few days has it appeared and its the only one you can't download???
@Archdandy: Ok, this is the hard and flexible area. Most asian areas have the code the way i do, European mostly leads to the UK so always try the UK first in Europe and in US obviously try US. Otherwise everyone else seems to be able to see what I'm referring to. Also please mention where you're from or I'm limited to answering and offering advice.
@Dr I heard theres an issue between the new patch and shale, most likely a seperate thing. However it has ironically happened before that codes from two seperate countries have been packed in one game, so check the info on your code card to check if its similar to the other one.
@ Holy: A bit of info about yourself would help. Eg: Where you're from, where you got the game, etc??
@ Gianvi: Generally if it asks you to pay it means the DLC is not redeemed for THAT country's PSN. Therefore its the wrong country. Where did you get the game, and follow the trail there with step 1.

They do owe you the ability to use the DLC after all.
Also, if you have a pirated copy and scabbed off somewhere and its not working. Don't come here, go buy the actual game.

Hello Ancientonez, thanks for the explanation. I did read your first post but I wasn't sure if it really applies to my problem.
I'm in the UAE, and I bought the DA PS3 version from here too, so I think it might be PAL. (It says licensed for sale only in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania)
I had to install the newest patch for it to let me connect online so that might be a factor in this problem as well.
Lastly, I don't know how to get in touch with EA from here. Do you know if there's like an online support website you can go to or something?

i was pointed to this thread by the EA support staff for my issue with downloading the DLC's.
in my Blood Dragon Armor card i dont see any serial number starting with "BDA".only serial number except for the redemption code starts with "EAEX".
am i missing something?

it is really funny, i created an account associated to UK and logged-in, started the game and BAAM i had BDA free ready to download and WC and RtO ready to be purchased. but still i cant see my Stone Prisoner anywhere. both cards came with the game and i have added them under my account in the website but only one of them i can download.

Ancientonez, just followed your instructions. Under my NZ PSN acc. I couldn't view any DLC content in the main menu.
Went through the grind of creating a new PSN acc. (key was TW - Taiwan). DLC content shows up in main menu.
Am currently downloading the content.

just like some other people, my promo code didn't come with some region code to figure out.
It was bought at play.com, so i figured i'd try a UK account, but no luck.
I'm really annoyed right about now, i paid for this, and should be able to get it, but there seems to be no rush from EA/biowares side to fix this problem.
Oh yeah, just like the other guy who bought from play.com, all i have is a code that starts with EA (besides the promo code), and no code containing shale or bda.
