I have 5 characters listed in the Diagnostics area that have been supposedly deleted from my profile yet still have various files stored on my profile. These characters don't appear in the persona area under MyGames so I can't use the Manage Characters area to delete them. Is there any way to get rid of these legacy files?

I also have 2 characters that have excess files than expected. Is there a way to delete these excess files or is just deleting the character from the Manage Characters area and then just re-uploading them the best way?

Edit: I have 14 redundant files that shouldn't be there by the way, 14% limit wasted is a fair amount. I deleted and stopped images from being uploaded because they get you to the 100 file limit in the blink of an eye and then the wheels fall off in a big way with regard to updating info.

Quite a few of us have this problem, there's nothing we can do atm. For more details, check the thread above titled: DA Game Profile Diagnostics Page Available.

Long story short - they're working on it.

Actually, what I might try is creating new characters with the same name as the one's that have been already deleted then try deleting them again and hope that they drag the old files with them. I'll probably just try deleting the ones with the excess files and try an update after a day or two to hopefully let the profile catch up.

Thanks for the reply by the way. :D

Actually, I'll move these last bits to the sticky thread. Any chance of a Mod lock please?

Locked as OP pointed out this is a duplicate thread of a stickied thread.
