Ah, but now that duration makes it important enough to have to spec for it. Can you not see that this is what we are saying? Before you could ignore certain things to stack up on powers that made you more capable to do damage. Now you have to make a choice, do less damage for utility purposes or give up guaranteed utility for damage.
I do actually understand the intent of forcing people to choose between upgrading cloak and another power. I just was hoping for the damage decrease, because people wouldn't be quiet about that. But I didn't expect the time decrease as well.

Simple Math
death_for_sale you must have done the set up on the video wrong. I said there was a pierceMod which allow me to shoot through 1.85 meters of cover and reduces the damage by 30% and ignores 65% of armor which on gold I believe armor reduces DPS by 50. So the DPS increases by 32.5 which I suppose doesn't mean much when your DPS is 1777 times 1.5 on armor but it adds up and it didn't used to matter.
Also Poison_Berrie to be clear it was a sniper rifle amp III (10%) not a sniper rifle rail amp III (20%).

Yes but I wont be able to shoot through walls and didn't used to matter. Also I can't ED and one shot turrents. And If I play reapers I can't OHK bodyshot cannibals or marauder sheilds. I really can't be expected to headshot with heavy melee.

I suppose I'm saying choosing the damage bonus makes a significant difference beyond bosses.

1) You have the Javelin to One-shot through walls, they didn't give him that large innate penetration for nothing.
2) You are already shooting an enemy through a wall. Do you really think that you should also bodyshot kill enemies as well?
I'll agree that this does hit melee infiltrators other than a Geth. But that's equally as much a problem with weak heavy melees on a lot of classes as it is a problem of the TC nerf. A lot races have a weak melee damage.I really can't be expected to headshot with heavy melee.

As I said infiltrators that choose duration are giving up a lot more than boss slaying. That is all that I am saying. If I choose damage I only have a 10% damage reduction in comparison to duration in which it is 50%. I wanted to choose duration but these differences would be too annoying.
