Isn't Blood Magic already a sustained ability? Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's toggle-able, no?

You can toggle it on...but it toggles off if you commit any number of actions, like opening a window, or ending combat, or whatever.

Actually, I'm looking to do the exact opposite; I want sustained abilities to turn off out of combat.

I'm trying to do similar thing with Berserk. But I cannot find the part of the game script that deactivate modals out of combat. It's not in any ability scripts I looked.

Check my mod. I also planned to fix the things that remove some sustained abilities out of combat.
