So Shepard lives and is implied that he's found and reunited with the Normandy. How he spends his future however, was left for fan interpretation. So in order, what were the first 5 things your Shepard did when he recovered? After weeks of recovery, my Shepard went on to do the following:

1. Reunite with the Normandy crew and organize a memorial service for Anderson and Shepard's friends/comrades that died. This occurs in a very large cemetary being built specifically for those who died in the final battle.

2. Request and hold a summit with leaders/ambassadors of the united races to discuss what I learned from the Catalyst and the dangers of Sythentics. Though organics will heed the warning of Tech Singularity, they will remain optimistic about it given the actions of Edi and the Geth. The dangers of organics being wiped out by Synthetics in the far off future is at a minimum.

3. Maintain control of the Normandy and aid the races in rebuilding the Galaxy however I can, and if need be, stop any threat that's leftover from the battle. At this point most of my squad have gone their seperate ways. James joined the N7 program. Tali returned to the Migrant Fleet to continue her duties as an Admiral. Garrus returned to Palavan to help rebuild, though remains a close ally who I still frequently see. Javik put his old comrades to rest, but remained on the Normandy as it gave him purpose in this cycle. Liara continues her work as the Shadow Brokers and uses her resources to help rebuild Thessia, and advance the galaxy. Ashley, remains on the Normandy as 2nd in Command and retains Spectre status.

4. Hold a meeting with Miranda to discuss a renewed Cerberus. With my help, her knowledge and some resources from the Shadow Broker, Cerberus is reborn. Unlike the old organization run by TIM which strove for human dominance, the reformed Cerberus run by Miranda, serves as a shield for humanity and eventually builds a positive reputation within the Alliance.

5. After about a decade of service, I retire early to a beautiful home on Earth, start a family and grow old with Ashley.

Sadly my Shepard didn't recover.. He died from the explosions, gun shot wounds, and being crushed under rubble.. Not to mention my broken heart when Joker abandoned me to go celebrate their victory somewhere.. Rescue was too far away to save poor shepard but at least he had a nice memorial service :'(

Reunite with LI Liara and raise Blue babies with Liara on a house on a beach with Garrus as next door neighbor.  Secret bunker underneath becomes new Shadow Broker lair.

Shep steps up to Human Councilor and uses SB resources in secret to help rebuild.

With engineering and Reaper experience, Femgineer Shep corners the recycling market on dead Reapers with help from SB.  Most profits donated to charity.

Normandy is still my personal yacht. Go take care of bad guys when needed with all the N7 multiplayer characters I promoted.

Get liver transplant from all the free drinks I've been promised.

2. Honor Anderson and the rest of the fallen. Probably have to speak at a public memorial service

3. Get drinks with Garrus, and bring Wrex along if he can spare the time

4. Retire from military service, turn down Councilor nomination, but serve as a trusted advisor to the Council and the newfound galactic Alliance about the knowledge gained from your talk with Catalyst

5. Settle down someplace nice. Either somewhere tropical, a penthouse on Illium, or near Liara's hometown on Thessia if she so wished. As an Earthborn orphan, i'm not very attached to any particular place on Earth.

My main Shep was a paragon, so..

1. heal up at the hospital. The crew past and present show up and shep somehow probably still ends up buying other people presents instead of accepting them.
2. attend a ceremony where the council publicly has to thank him rather than be inscrutable. Shep would scoff at a statue in his honor.
3. but he would accept a peacemaking ambassador post. As the only person to get the aliens to unite, he would be an ideal candidate to continue visiting people and making sure alliances are kept as long as possible.
4. See Shep visit Rannoch in a discussion about recreating the geth, whom were turned into allies. Visit the Tuchanka, who is building stuff rather than breaking it. Find Garrus on a Palaven bar and have a drink, etc.
5. Enjoy a day off and see some little blue children running about.

Hey Destroy has consequences for ending the Reaper threat literally and keeping Sheppy alive. Anderson/EDI/Geth die, civilization set back a number of years as worlds and relays are rebuilt. It could stand to have some good times too.

Well, let's see, since the Extended Cut endings all happened in my Shepard's mind anyway -

1. Wake up to see all the forces she's gathered destroying the Reapers one at a time.
2. Get up and rejoin the battle with her entire crew at her side, including Grunt, Wrex, Zaeed, Jack, Kasumi, etc.
3. Beat the Reapers with "conventional" methods because she's Shepard, she's won against unbeatable odds before.
4. Memorial for everyone.
5. Go on vacation with Zaeed, marry Wrex (eff you Eve, he's been mine since the first game), adopt a hundred thousand kids and make Javik the uncle just to ****** him off.

1. Fix her face...can't look too good after being beat on, shot, burned, then buried alive.
2. Get a much deserved promotion to: The Grand Empress Ruler of the F'ng Galaxy (official title.)
3. Get the Citadel fixed and then take ownership of it; being The Grand Empress Ruler of the F'ng Galaxy has its perks.
4. Throw the largest party at her shiny new home, with Aria taking care of security. (Don't F with Aria)
5. Set out to destroy the next threat to galactic peace and sanity in every reality...EA.
