I'll be honest, in that month or so between finishing ME3 and hearing about the EC being made, I was still willing to play the series and would have grabbed any upcoming SP DLC, but I wasn't totally frothing over it like I was the initial release of the game. Curiosity, or mild enthusiasm would have been the best words to describe how I felt about any upcoming stuff.

Then, as I heard about the various bits of progress on the EC I became more interested again and was genuinely looking forward to seeing how it addressed the various issues with the ending (I never thought the ending was utter ****, but it was a let down compared to what I was hoping for).

After having gone back and checked out the ending to my two playthroughs, I can honestly say I am REALLY excited about the future content! I don't care if it's post-ending or middle-of-the-story, I feel like ME3 ends fantastically now, and I am eagerly awaiting any news about ANYTHING related to the SP story. A new mission, new squadmates, some ME2 squadmates making longer comebacks, ANYTHING. This "Leviathan" thing I keep hearing about sounds utterly epic.

Anyone else starting to get all giddy and like a kid waiting for ice cream again? Or are you well and truly ready to leave it all behind?

I'm excited. I'm in the "I'd love to see DLC to expand existing characters" camp, but I've always enjoyed the DLC they put out before, so whatever they put out now, I'm sure I'd enjoy. Leviathan sounds pretty interesting...
