Unable to use my Password to access checkout to get Points for DLC

Every time I click the Expand Your Game icon for DAO, I receive a Password challenge that when I add my correct password states that it is invalid. Help!!!! I really want to purchase bonus points so I may utilize the available DLC. Thank you.
