I found an old hak that did just this on the vault, but being that it was older, it was buggy. It caused all half-drow to be invisible in the game. I was curious if there just so happened to be one out there that works? I'm happy with the heights of all the races save the elves.

It's just a matter of changing the scale factors in appearance.2DA. You could do that in the toolset using the 2DA plugin, by altering the NWN2_Scale_X, NWN2_Scale_Y and NWN2_Scale_Z columns for all of the elf entries (wood elves, moon elves, wild elves, etc).
