Is it just me, or has anyone else had the screen go black, but the audio still play? It really sucks!

On destroy my screen gets really dark at the memorial I can't see liara's reaction and then the breath scene is so dark that I can only hear the breath. I deleted and reloaded the EC but it didn't help.

I know this is going to sound stupid Danielle, but maybe your screen is just going dark be because the cutscenes/slideshows take so long and your Xbox is starting to go into inactive mode.
I had my screen darken at the Memorial Wall scene also, but when I pressed up on my d-pad the screen returned to normal brightness.
As for Shade of Wolf's problem, sorry, I have no idea :/

I can confirm this is the reason as well, just a screen saver.
