Harrowmont. He comes across as much more honorable and trustworthy if one isn't metagaming. If one is, I still prefer him. Despite the atrocities of dwarven caste, I rather a stabler oligarchy in place for future generations than a dictatorship that may lead to Orzammar's implosion after Bhelen's reign is over.
