Just some concerns with the PS3 I wanted to throw out there that I hope will be resolved.


-"Checking Saved Data" Sometimes the PS3 hangs up for about 5 minutes while starting the game. I have not been able to isolate the problem for why it does this. When the game starts, it appears to either do it or not do it randomly.
-Why are we not allowed to delete character in game? It is a huge hassle to exit the game, find exactly each and every save that must be deleted, and then wait 5 minutes for the game too start up.
-The question that follows from that is why are we restricted too having only 10 character saves? I'm often times forced to go through the hassle of deleting characters, some of those character I do not want to delete, in order to start a new game. If I attempt to copy saved characters so I can create a new one with out permanently deleting the old Character, this leads to the next restriction.
-Why are game saves copyrighted? If it's for the trophies, that's a mighty inconvience for such a restriction. A restriction that the I don't believe the PC Shares.


It's a great game and runs fairly well on the PS3. But these littles restrictions that seem to be in place drive me insane. It doesn't seem fair to gamers that pay extra for the console version to have these restrictions put in place when they are not necessary.

Bioware, please get rid of these restrictions in your next patch. Console gamers do not deserve them any more than PC gamers do.

Also, not quite related but does anyone know why I have to login to see the PS3
Technical Support Forum? (The other forums including the Xbox 360 forum
show up without logging in.)

I've had that happen exactly once, straight after I'd upgraded to firmware 3.15, and I sorta kinda assumed it was related to that... I get a short check every time, though, but a longer one, just once...

I have this happen a lot. It usually happens to me after switching from another game, even if I quit the previous game before ejecting it. If I shut down the console and leave it for a couple of minutes before switching games it seems fine.
