So far so good. I've not yet revisited the areas to see if it worked fully but I now have the missing Dark Alley located on my map.

A couple of quick suggestions to Vasquez: 1) It would help if you added to your post that folks should save an alternate version of the save they wish to modify as a backup in case this doesn't work for folks and 2) it would also help if you added a link to CNET's download of the Dragon Age Toolset since I was unable to do so through the Origins/Bioware/EA sites due a game registration issue. 

Luckily I checked that site in desperation and was fortunate in that I found it on their site. Here is the link in case Vasquez sees this post and would like to/can modify the original post or you're someone having issues downloading the Toolset through Origins/Bioware/EA:

Sorry for the necro but how am i supposed to delete only that number? Whenever i select the delet option it delets the one from the botton and goes on like that, let's say, the bugged quest is at 16, but whenever i select it and press delete, it will just start removing 23,22,21, etc etc.
