Dear Bioware employee,
I seem to be unable to play multiplayer in Mass Effect 3, and I suspect this may be the result of a ban. However, I never used any cheats and software for game exploiting. Could you please clarify if it is ban and if it is, what are the reasons for it. Moreover, I kindly ask you to review my case.

After a day or so I received a letter, which didn’t provide an answer, but puzzled me instead:
Hello, I have taken a look into your account and can confirm that you have been banned for exploiting multiplayer. We take cheating very seriously and we have decided that this ban will be permanent.
I assume there is no point in writing to the account admin, as they didn’t give me neither the reason for ban, nor the time I “exploited”. So, I was reported, and they didn’t check it. The result is that I can’t play anymore just for playing with a person who didn’t like me.
So as I understand they ban innocent players, I have friends with same stories – several month of enjoying the game and *poof* random ban. The morale is that no one is safe – if you don’t use cheats there is no guarantee you will not be banned. You are reported –
And you are like:
