Did a search on the ME3 MP forums and they directed me here. I completed a silver match as a Krogan during Operation Savage and didn't receive a commendation pack.. Who do I contact or what do I do.?
No commendation packs.

Did you solo the map or did you complete it with other people? If the latter, if any member of your team wasn't Krogan, Batarian, or Vorcha then you will not receive your Commendation pack.
If everyone was one of the three necessary classes, then you should call EA support.

If you did complete the squad goal with everything TsaiMeLemoni said and didn't get your pack, check my post to see what I had to do: http://social.biowar.../index/12781561
Basically hound them about it. I haven't been able to get any of the commendation packs since my 2nd or 3rd operation, but they were able to manually add the last one.
