 Anyone know if they are having issues? I pre-ordered the DDE and I got my pre-order bonus items code but not the codes for the armor, keep, and prisoner. Also to add to this I didn't get Borgen's helm, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes, and Final Remorse.
