I have been having trouble with multiplayer mainly in the purchasing of equipemtn

I was reedeming the victory pack when I lost connection. Noticed it longer existed. Purchased a Spectre Pack, lost connection.

Go back onto multiplaye rot fins ALL credits, ALL equpiment, ALL weapons and ALL characters have been completely reset.



Any idea on how I can get my multiplayer back??

Have you tried completely exiting/restarting Origin? That happened to me once before (the loss of everything), but upon restarting it was all back.
