Asari should be lining up to be with him. He's a real f-ing PROTHEAN. They should be all over his DNA-that-helps-randomize-some-of-their-daughters-traits.

I don't think Liara and Javik would be the most logical couple, but then again Tali+Garrus.

and Tali.. 

I would take it into serious  consderation.  Because mean seriously... evolution was rather nice to some of Javiks primatives....

OK, How about instead of an Asari, a female clone of Javik is made? Assuming his genetic structure is somewhat similar to our own, with an XY sex-determination system, with the male having an XY chromosome set, and the female an XX chromosome set, one could simply double the X from Javik's chromosomal pattern, and end up with a female.

Sure, it would be creepy to mate with your own sister/daughter, but considering the severe utilitarian nature of the Prothean, being able to continue the species would be paramount, and would take precedence over any lingering figments of morality.

...As a human, I still think it's squicky as f*ck, though.
