Has anyone else noticed that the counters stop tracking for single player missions after the achievement unlocks if it was done in multiplayer?

I am referring to achievements like: Tour of Duty , Peak Condition, and Unwavering. 

I noticed that if you unlocked the achievement in single player the multiplayer portions still are tracked but if you unlocked the achievement in multiplayer it doesn't track for single play anymore. 

I unlocked almost there" achievement in single player first and then played multiplayer and my achievement shows 15/15 and 50/50 for the counter. 

I ended up unlocking "Peak condition" in multiplayer first and my counter shows 20/20 and is stuck at 56/60 even though I have gotten to level 60 in single play. 

I just wonder if anyone else has noticed this.  I know it isn't game breaking but for someone who likes to see everything fully complete it's a tad annoying.  Thanks.
