Either not finding a game in a reasonable time (which an easy work around is cancel and research, repeat process till game is found)
However the annoying issue had been, I select bronze or silver match for example have a paticular character ready and I will get thrown into a gold lobby almost half the time and if Im really unlucky I get put straight in game.
This happens even when I select gold once in awhile ill get into a bronze lobby or game.
Im not the only one whoes had these issues I have some friends it seems to happen to as well, but I think it happens to me more consistanly.
Not sure if there was already a thread on this..just wanted to shed light on these issues Im having and curious if theres plans to have something done about it.

PS Sometimes I get mass effect 3 not responding when I use the store or connect to Ea servers. Hasnt happend too much sense I did a repair though.
