I have no idee about mods regarding ME3, but does anyone know if it's possible to mod something like this (or just a simple picture) into the game ending?

ALL HAIL MALLYXABLE!! This made those idiotic endings easier to deal with. Yeah EDI and the geth died for which I am very sad for. HOWEVER both of them said things against the reapers. the Geth said they would make their future without the reapers. EDI said she would die to stop the reapers. Control and synthesis are a slap to their face. =/

If you don't know already, I made my OWN ending, full video which did a WONDERFUL job of making me feel heaps better about the conclusion.
