Fitness on any kind of caster character. Soldiers and Vanguards are the only ones that need it.

Concussive Shot, Inferno Grenades (well, haven't really tried them before), Incinerate, Sticky Grenades, Shockwave (on everything other than the Human Adept, thanks to the buff), Pull and Carnage.

Sticky Grenades and Cryo Blast. Occasionally I'll drop a power for a certain build but still use them for another, so these are pretty much the only two I never use.

Carnage and incinerate both seem weak when used alone but if you're playing s heavy weapons class (krosent particularly) it's a great and fast recharging way to stagger an enemy to shoot it in the head with a sabre or whatever you're carrying

incinerate weakens armor, making the krogan sentinels grenades more potent against bosses.
i think the armor weakening effect of incinerate is often overlooked.

Fitness on practically every character that isn't a Vanguard or a Melee Krogan.

I usually ignore Shockwave on everything apart from the human adept. I quite often ignore Sticky Grenades, Lift Grenades and Inferno Grenades (not a big fan of grenades unless they do massive damage, like Arc Grenades and Cluster Grenades). I also leave out Carnage on my Krogan Vanguard; I really like the power, it just doesn't go with my preferred playstyle on as a kroguard.

Just a heads up, Lift Grenades do 1600ish pts of damage with the right evolutions, and trigger Biotic Explosions identically to Cluster. The only time Cluster will equal or outperform is if you have shrapnel at rank 6 and you hit the enemy with literally all three, which I personally find very difficult beyond close range.

Obv in terms of preference there is no right or wrong, but on the offchance you weren't aware of the hard data there ya go :D

Mostly Carnage, Sticky Grenades, Blade Armor and Concussive Shot.

Singularity usually doesn't go past Rank 3, just like Pull, but also Fitness on most casters.

I'm thinking about speccing out the Tactical Scan. I roll 6/6/6/5/3 QME right now, but usually I'm too busy with Arc - Incinerate routine, that I often forget completely about using Tact scan in first 5 waves. After wave 5 it becomes useful though.

I don't agree that fitness is useless. It's great especially on the classes that are already beefy (Krosent, Justicar, Human Soldier), and the Drell.

On my favorite class, the Drell Adept, I leave Pull at 0. Pull -> Reave combo is nice, but it's use is too limited (usually to Cannibal herds, or single Assault Troopers cause I don't play DA vs Geth), and Drell fitness purpose is to grant me extra mobility, not durability. Combined with Adrenaline Module it is the fastest class in the game (save for Vorcha with fully stacked Bloodlust specced for movement speed and Adrenaline Module), so you can easily reach ammo boxes and perform another Reave + Cluster.

Carnudge, Concussive ****, Cryo Bust, Pull.

Pull doesn't need a pun because it's just that bad.

Carnage - worthless.
Concussive shot - pointless imo
Blade armor on the batarian soldier, waste of points imo
Fitness on some classes

blade armor on my batarian.  Gee I can spend points on something that slows down my powers and only sporadically works!!!! Sign me up!

-Lash on Phoenix Vanguard: even with shield penetration it still does nothing against armor (ie half the Reaper force)
-Singularity on Phoenix Adept: still would pick Lash over this power
-Blade Armor on Batarians: I generally don't go meele so this isn't that useful
-Proximity Mine on SI: only because it interferes with Energy Drain's cooldown, still love it for my GI
-Carnage on Krogans: doesn't do enough damage to justify putting points into it
-Cluster Grenade on Vorcha Sent: nowhere near as good as it is on the DA, as you can't set up your own explosions

Indeed, I wasn't aware of the hard data. Nice to know they're actually not as useless as I thought. Still, there's always something I haven't liked about them, but maybe I'll give them another chance. :)

Yep, the same here. On Bronze/Silver you can play comfortable without that skill and for Gold it doesnt really make any difference for your surviveability. Its better to learn stay in cover playing more careful and save points for more useful powers.

I ignore grenades because despite the fact that they are good, they deplete so fast and do not, for me, reload well so they're neigh useless one shot per wave weapons.

Blade Armor is useless. Hurts power use and only counters the rare melee attack. I actually think less of people with this on.
