I think about this every so often and can only hope they bring some of the changes to SP. They'd be so fun to use and definitely add some new gameplay elements (omg..asari bubble would be funnn.. so would tactical scan!)

I really believe we will get a Batarian squad mate...one of the few races that hasn't been recruitable in any of the ME games and would love to get a Batarians insight on events during the game

Prothean Particle Beam Assault Rifle for multiplayer.
Dominate for both single and multiplayer.

I suspect this won't happen due to balance. Aside from the fact that the Particle Rifle on full power is roughly equivalent to the damage output of the Cerberus Harrier... it doesn't need ammo. That's going to make it *really* difficult to fit into the game.
I'm not against the idea tho, the PR is one of the main reasons I prefer SP.

You can, but as has been mentioned, its not a particularly good solution - you need to stay online all the time for the weapons to be available in SP, for one thing.
Not to mention that whenever people talk about bringing in MP weapons to SP, what they *really* mean is bringing in the Krysae and Harrier
