OP, in the last 30 million credits I've spent on PSPs, I've received two UR's. They were an upgrade to my Javelin and one for my Saber, both weapons I have no intention of ever using. I've had my rares maxed for a long time, so most of that has been CC's and now lvl IV stuff. Still no Harrier, so yeah I definitely feel your pain.

The RNG is absolutely the worst enemy in the game. If anything, the inability to unlock anything is making me feel the rage-quit bug. I don't know why you would want to quit because you finally got the weapon, as you stated was your intention.

I have spent over 5 million credits and still only got Harrier lvl 1. The refuses to give me it. Any other gun but not the harrier. Got my paladin to lvl 5, BW to lvl 6, Wraith and Javelin lvl 5... the list goes on.

Seriously I love you Bioware and this wonderful series you've created but at the same time **** you!

A N7 100s does not mean the player bought the game 2 days ago. Some people just dont like to promote - like me, my n7 is 210, exactly what it takes to get everyone at level 20 and the 3 promotions from operation "whatever". - and I am playing a lot, for a long time.

I think N7 level is just a ****** contest, and dont have the patience to play anything but gold just so my number is bigger - and reset cards come by regularly.

Yeah i have literally every MP gun except that one....i've spent a lot of credits trying to get it, but all i got was character cards, an now im just getting ammo types. GRRR!

I've spent 6 million credits since the DLC and I don't have it yet either. I don't take it personally though, since the RNG is just trolling me.
