d) Fate of the Citadel (it seemed in remotely reparable condition)
e) Fate of the Mass Relays (are they really going to get repaired)
And I'm sure I could think up a few more. So come on, BioWare. I'm not asking for another Extended Cut, but at least just a DA:O-style picture-and-text epilogue that tells us what happened to our squadmates and how our actions affected the galaxy. It may not make everyone happy but it sure would help a hell of a lot.
