This may have been intentional on your part - since with this game it's hard to keep track of which items are or are not bugged.
The new(ish) weapon mod for sniper rifles - "Sniper Rifle High-Velocity Barrel I" to "...V" does not impact the raw damage numbers and subsequent DPS calculations when applied to any of the sniper rifles with your script. Since I have one at rank V, I was expecting to see a damage increase equivalent to the "Sniper Rifle Extended Barrel V", in addition to the same increase in armor-specific DPS that is shown with the piercing mod.
I'm not a web developer, but as far as I could tell the javascript logic was just fine - especially because all the other mods work. I checked the dropbox data file you put up in your includes - "datacache-6.js", and it this looks to be the source of the problem. Each of the Sniper Rifle HVB entries in the data set is missing the following element following the "Modifiers":{ parent.
"Damage":{"key":"Damage","value":0.25,"unit":"%"}
So I went ahead and made the change to a local copy of your data cache

I tried to test this change out myself, but it seems like GreaseMonkey doesn't like it when I try and make it use my modified local copy of datacache-6.js. It honked at me with a few errors about @grant or somesuch nonsense, and given my breadth of knowledge about greasemonkey (none), I don't think I will get much farther.
Thank you so much for this fantastic tool Creakazoid! Hopefully this helps in some way. (Unless it's bugged and you left it out intentionally... then c'est la vie!).

Unfortunately the https://dl.dropbox.c.../datacache-6.js on his own account, and someone with spare time needs to relocate the source files onto another location.
It dosent look that tricky to be honest (even to me who only really does VB.NET and SQL) but it's time and motivation...
