Am I the only one who thought that the Reapers help us rebuild in Synthesis before the EC?

 When I seen Synthesis pre-EC and noticed the Reapers leaving,Ithought "The Reapers probably help us rebuild in this ending as they do in Control".

  Did anyone else think this before the EC?
