TC was pretty balanced out
favor is can we increase the duration to minimal 6.50 secs and the max around 12.50 secs the current issue is (I'm skilled in this others not so much) the time frame is very very harsh to collecting the objective atm and with the downed power I'm cool with that and all but if this small adjustment is made this might help allot leave the power as is though it works perfectly fine (since I never really depend on power of the TC anyways)
Turrian soldier/Sentinel
needs a look over he's quite low on the aspect ratio of nice can we have the use of a power while we are in Marks Mode or increase his capabilities? while in the mode? also raising his shields along with the turrian Sentinel would be unbelievably nice or give him (as many have said) a dodge animation a tad
Krogan
IDK if you can program him to have 2-3 health bars or you can in his rage line add a Health regen of 25-50 on the top/bottom row to make sure he can live even on a really bombastic gold run it won't make him OP but usable again since he stuns so easily and he's a giant target even behind cover sadly and instant kill units LOVE making him die cause he's so big and cuddly and his melee is hard to aim sometimes since it can also phase by mistake

eh just make him less stuny or increase his shields/health a pidgin

Turrian Infiltrator (Infiltrator) (Tactical Cloak/Proximity Mine/Incendiary Grenade)
Turrian Engineer (Engineer) (Kinetic Enhancer (New concept)/Sabotage/Cyro Blast)
Krogan Mercenary (soldier) Has Blade Armor/Concussive Shot/Cryo Grenade(new concept)
Krogan Biotic (adept) Has Blood Lust/Shock wave/Slam)
Asari Specialist (Sentinel) (Tech Armor/Reave/Cyro Grenade)
Drell Assassin (Vanguard) (Hyper Senses(new concept)/Warp/Biotic Charge)
(Kinetic Enhancer)= a continual power based on the levels and the line you either increase his weapons DMG/stability or increases his armors protective side on the 2 lines bust slow down his power use
(Cyro Grenade)= A grenade that freezes targets with a snap cold explosion
(Hyper Senses)= a continual power based on movement speed along with the choices of either better weapon dmg/melee dmg or a natural damage reduction and recharge power enhancement making it faster for using either Biotic Charge or his Warp
A Geth Pistol a good basis is a tri burst pistol that has dmg just around the Arc Pistol level of dmg on the send degree charge level with a lesser recoil on the first shot but on the any subsequent shots will pile it upwards cause of the rapid press of the trigger making it either a great precision tri shot pistol Or if you have stability control a great rapid firing pistol
A Light Machine Gun Assault Rifle like the Rev but N7 quality with less recoil and equal ammo and a .25 meter pierce inbuilt could be semi based on the Mini gun similar to a spit fire could even be a micro Geth Spitfire though of course WAY less drastic dmg but make sure that the Geth weaponry bonus applies to a light machine gun too giving geth more weapon choices for their Geth dmg bump (make the reload slowish though)
A SMG that fires .25 meter pierce inbuilt alternate of the Hornet N7 rarity with a tiny less dmg
A N7 SMG based around the Locust highly accurate more power tad more recoil (not enough to make it recoil with a Turrian though with full stability control)
A N7 shotgun that fires like a assault rifle but has lesser dmg equation but with a equal to deciple dmg and accuracy but heavier of course
Stability VI Gear (uncommon)
10-15% stability
Adrenalin Boost Gear (Rare)
10-15% move speed
Thermal Clip Heat Sink Control (Rare)
5-10% extra Spare ammo for your gun in use (like the baterian ability)
Power Enhancer Module (Rare)
increase Power dmg/Recharge on a lesser scale based on the power dmg/recharge gear
Targeting VI Pack (Rare)
Mix of Stability VI idea and the existing Vulnerability VI on their lesser scales of course
New Weapon Mods of the rare variety would be peachy
A very weak pierce Mod for SMGs,
a Sniper Rifle weight reducer (not as huge as the SMGs),
Shotgun Weight Reducer (again not as much as SMGs)
SMG recoil reducer,
Assault Rifle Bayonet,
Pistol Weight Reducer,
Shotgun Sight Scope that increases accuracy up to 10% and a moderate zoom,
other than your bugs which I won't mention cause well I know your working on them
please consider these ideas they are fairly balanced MANY players would appreciate them granting more weapons to to be usable like our poor incisor which has the recoil up there the stability mod would make it playable again without having to be a turrian or instantly use up a stability mod
