No, funny titles aside though, I think I am on to something that may have a certain amount of legitimacy to it. I can't real explain it, nor have I any idea how it may work, but the proof is in the pudding. And I would like the community to try what I did and see what results they get. K? K.

Ok. So you know when you purchase packs, and sometimes it will freeze on the loading or "please wait" part and you're in this awkward purgatory of anticipation? Ya well I have been watching that for evar. Like ever since the first time I've noticed it happen. I just broke N7 2000 and I'd say I've probably spent around 40 million credits, approx.. Everytime that I have got one of those 'freezes', I have unlocked absolute crap. And by that I mean not N7s. There was only one time ever that I got an N7, and it was a wraith. In my opinion, the wraith is the worst N7, so we'll make an exception there. But other than that, its always worthless stuff. Watch the next few times it happens to you and tell me if you get an N7. I'll be surprized if you do. I don't know what goes on in the background of those 'freezes', but I am certain that it prevents you from getting N7s.
Process:
Ok, so yesterday, I was about to buy a pack, and upon pressing the select button, I felt a fart coming. So instead of pressing, I held it down and concentrated on flatulating. It was at this point that I noticed that if you hold the button down, it doesn't select until you release the button, contrary to the way that selections usually work in games. So after releasing the button, I was thrilled to get my Paladin III. Naturally, I suspected a possible connection between the two. So over the course of the next day and a half, I tried this method on every spectre pack I bought. I purchased a grand total of 10 packs, and here were the results (Including the 1st one):
Paladin III, Harrier V, Saber V, Ammo IV/Gear, Ammo IV/Gear, Indra I, Indra II, Talon VIII, Talon IX, & Ammo IV/Gear.
Now I'm not sure about you guys, but that is an extremely high percentage compared to what I normally get. There have been times when I spent a saved up 2,000,000 credits and did not recieve any N7s. So what happened is nothing short of miraculous. And if its just a gigantic coincidence, that's fine too. I enjoyed my N7 spree.
So I would like to have you guys try this, and tell me the results of your PSPs. So when you're buying the pack, hold on the A button for like three seconds before releasing. Imagine it like a slot machine is working in the background with N7s and you have to stop it when it feels right. And do the hold and release when clicking on the Store, the Premium Spectre Pack, and the 99,000 credits. That's exactly what I did every time and it gave me a 70% success rate. And it also made it so that none of the 'freezes' ever happened. It was an instant pop up of the contents. So ya.
Also, note that this increase in N7 percentage could be due in part to the removal of maxed out character cards. Also, I have all of my Gold/Rare & Blue/Common weapons maxed out. So results may vary for different people. So include your N7 rating and if you have your regular guns maxed out to clarify things in the results.
So ya.
I would appreciate it if you guys tried this out and posted your results here. We might end the N7 famine after all.
I tried this with my mouse (I know I know, PC Master Race) and I got a Paladin II.

Either that was stupidly dumb luck or you have mastered the way to get me my Harrier. WHY DO I ONLY HAVE ENOUGH FOR ONE PSP!? GAAAR FATE YOU ARE CRUEL
Also, minus the farting part.
