I've deleted all of the characters but all of them are still appearing in Profile Diagnostics and with different error codes.
I've also deleted all of the screenshots and there's no screenshots in Manage Screenshots page. But in Profile Diagnostics it says I still have 28 screenshots in my on-line storage.
