jack and miranda would really own.

thinking about it itd really make alot of sense. Jack's got a new model and miranda's actually god a completely different hairstyle in the extended cut scene. Her hair is all curled and different looking. it'd be great to see alliance version of her dlc armor as well.

Also no one has shockwave or throw yet, and it'd be a good way to get some multiplayer powers into the main game (Miranda with the unique abilities from Phoenix and Male Quarian would be cool.  (Tactical Scan and Lash would be great on a squadie)) Jack with shotgun and sniper rifle would be cool, as well as biotic bubble, charge, shockwave, and Cluster Grenades.

A Batarian squadmate with a mix of batarian and vorcha abilities would be great too but thats not really this topic.  (Blade gun, Net cannon, the batarian blade armor, and vorcha flamer would be great)

Technically speaking, since Miranda *IS* ex-Cerberus, I guess it would make sense to give her Lash & Smash. Oh that would be awesome.

I thought those powers might suit Jack a bit more ('cause they're pretty brutal), but if it were stay consistent with MP, I guess it would go to Miranda.

Would love to see Jack get Reave and Bubble -- as well as something to detonate her reaves.

Yeah miranda with biotic whips would be....pretty fitting all things considered

I always wanted to see a squaddie with biotic charge like that boss fight on illium with the asari spectre.  It'd be a nice equivalent to kasumi's tactical cloak (to be fair ex cerberus powers plus tactical cloak feels like what randal ezno would have if he joined)  Jack with bubble would be great though.  the final battle in london would be amazing with the ability to use biotic bubble to protect your group.

I too would love some Miranda DLC. In fact I am looking at Vega right now and thinking: What are you doing in Miranda's spot? How is she not a squadmate? Is it because she can die in Mass Effect 2? Was Yvonne Strahovski too busy with other projects to fully voice a full squadmate role in Mass Effect 3? Did Bioware use up all of their "Miranda budget" in Mass Effect 2 focusing on her bottom?

I need to know!

Not sure what it was, but she hasn't been too incredibly busy during ME3 creation. Her story line was also apparently written by a first time writer, so it naturally is lacking. But then again, the story line of the entire game is lacking so I suppose normal logic doesn't apply here.

Furthermore, Miranda would thoroughly enjoy a whip power, perhaps even using it on Shep to get him into bed?

 I'm interested in hearing what sort of situation would bring these two characters back together. Retake Omega would be a fine excuse. Whatever it is, it needs to be interesting without them as well - many people have lost both of these characters. Though I can certainly see them as the main selling point of a DLC.

What happens on Omega stays on Omega.

Bioware would never make a DLC that caters exclusively to people who romanced a specific character. However, it quite possible to make a DLC where the said character features heavily and which can also provide additional romantic content. 

LotSB is a perfect example of such DLC.

Death scenarios aren't really an issue either. Anyone who hated one of these characters enough to make sure they got killed off, probably wouldn't care about a DLC that featured them anyway. 

Basically this, if they were killed off by a player, the player who killed them off wouldn't bother in buying the DLC. But lets not excuse the fact they created a significant amount of content for characters that could be killed off (e.g. Tali and Garrus were both heavily used (Palaven and Rannoch missions).

That woudl be cool to see, former "enemies" working together , reconciling differences, taking on a common goal/ enemy, redemption. You know...stuff that are part of the Mass Effect theme.

Maybe taking out a half Reaper hald Cerberus base...perhaps beyond the Omega 4 Relay, as they, Cerberus, have bases out there, according to the Aria comics.

Miranda leading a squad of those ex-cerberus Pheonix troopers from MP. I would pay anything to see that.

I think its really weird that jack got a new design but she is dead in a new game file, and miranda is unloyal. Its impossible to have either of them at the endgame without an ME2 save. I'd like if they added new "combat loss" options with future DLC.

I would love a dlc with Jack but i am not sure Bioware will do one, i think Jack is only in the game if you upload a save only.

Please give Miranda work and goals beyond her sister. It could involves Cerberus, the Reapers or just humanity in general but give her something!

Why not have a mission where you can select ANY of the old ME2 squad members - Crucible Hub - Pushing this idea as it gives a new base for any ME2 squad memebers to be used in DLC.

Easily fixed if they are not in your game - Starting game options might include 'who is alive/loyal'

]They had some additional dialogue like a speech to her students before the final push, so maybe she was destined to have a bit more in the game: (Spoilers here of course)
