They really dropped the ball with Allers. An embedded war journalist could have made for an absolutely fascinating character. Instead they put her in an ugly dress and only rarely had her say anything that made her sound like a journalist instead of a reporter.

I took "Did not romance" as a third "no opinion" option. Almost all of the poll questions are about romance-only content, so when it gets down to the specifics about a romance I didn't play, I just went with that option.TheMarshal wrote...
Survey completed! I would argue, though, that several of those character-specific questions didn't necessarily need a "Did not romance" option. Wanting people to have access to more romance-specific content, or wanting to have more appropriate responses for Thanes death / Jacob's "moving on" shouldn't be limited to those who romanced them.

Maybe they are looking for ideas and don't want the thread to get lost? Either that or they are just trying to keep the discussion to one forum. Either way, i'll keep my hopes up.

They didn't stickied this to give people false hope, this happened probably because the mods were sick of all the posts asking for ME2 character DLC and decided to sticky this thread to make it official.

They really can't use a single idea that anybody has posted in this thread; bad business and they'd, by law, have to pay whoever came up with the idea or else be sued. It's easier to just ignore idea threads and if someone comes up with the idea, they can disendow any knowledge of it.

Furthermore I think you may be incorrect. The ideas are posted to a site hosted on their server, thus they are no longer private intellectual property. Thus they are well within their rights to use any info stored on their servers.
I think. I'm no lawyer, but I'm in network & server security & management, and most of the user agreements I've read say something along the likes. Haven't read this one tho, so I couldn't tell you.

I romanced neither in ME2 but I do want to see DLC with them. It was unfair I think for people who romanced them to be ignored like that. But it would be nice to have DLC because they didn't get much screen - time. I mean seriously all Jack got was at Grissom Academy and a dance with Shepard at the citadel. I liked Jack so I wanted to see more of her.

I'd be down for a Jack/Miranda DLC.
...though what happens if one or both of them are dead? Miranda, unfortunately, did not survive the suicide mission for me (intentional btw).

Probably some variation of what happens in other ME3 missions when a character can be dead: some type of adjustment is made so the mission is fully playable anyway (just to summarize what has been said).

If they do happen to make a DLC about this i might make another playthrough and go for the Jack romance, well since some mod stickied this i hope that they are or atleast thinking about doing this.
