I think this is what many of us want. ;)

And finally the true purpose of this thread has been revealed: it was actually a contest for naming the Romance DLC, which Joe1962 has just officially won.

I'll support this, I would definetly love to see Miranda and Jack interact with each other in ME3! We need another Miranda and Jack catfight! I would also love to see the two of them as squad mates.Image IPB

Agree 100%

They should have also made Miranda and Jack argue in front of the students at Grissom Academy about Cerberus' actions. Hopefully it wouldn't start a fight involving biotics.Image IPB

I look at it this way:

If they can do a Lair of The Shadow Broker DLC, they can do a "Jack/Miranda destroy a Cerberus doomsday weapon" DLC. The one under the focus ("leading the mission") would depend on which you romanced, the other provides caustic commentary - in their own idiom, of course.  Whether there's a detente at the end can be left to Shep's Paragon/Renegade score.

If they can have the silly banter of Tali/Shep on the Dreadnought, they can do it for those two gals (better, of course) easily enough.

At the end, you tie it to their final speech, chuck in one last (Liara-quality!) scene o' love'n.  Everybody's happy.

____________________________________________________________________________

Also, create an expansion pack that allows us to pick still-living ME2 squadmates for the final rush on the Beam.  They all use the same "reaching for Shepard" animation on the ramp of the Normandy anyway.

/just an idea.

I'm still hoping for a more single-character centered DLC. I don't know if I'm in the minority here, but i'm not that excited about Jack/Miranda dynamics. I always liked Jack as a character pretty much distant from the others...

...if anything, a character that I see doing well at her side is Grunt.

Better Miranda and Jack represent different ideologies and the focus be dependant on which side Shepard supports.
Which will, usually, equal the side your romance supports, of course.

At some point I'm going to fall for this whole 'Stickied' stuff and assume this DLC is in the works in some form.

I'm still thinking it was accidentally stickied. Anyone who's been here a while knows that that happens often, and sometimes threads remain as such for days without any comment.

My theory is that this was stickied because there were too many posts about this and BioWare decided to make one official to stop the DLC spamming.

Still, maybe if we post here enough the devs will realize how much we want this.

Sounds awesome!

I also think that many would buy this, regardless of being a fan of Miranda or Jack.
They have such great potential as both in the same DLC that being a fan doesn't even matter there.

It was moved between forums and remained stickied.

I'm not very hopeful but I don't believe that can be an accident.

I remain hopeful.

Providing BioWare is still planning to support ME3 for another year or so, I'd say it's feasible to expect something like this - especially by putting these ladies in some kind of a mission together.

It's so natural it writes itself.

Theatrical dynamite!

Here is what I would want the Jack/Miranda DLC to include in no particular order.....
1. A better Miranda romance (if Jack is your LI she should have a better romance)
2. Shepard/Miranda/Jack interactions (lots of them).
3.Jack and Miranda cat fight!
4.Miranda and Jack both available as squad mates (at least for Priority: Earth mission).
5.SAME VOICE ACTRESSES! (probably the most important thing on this list).
6. I also would love to hear Jack call Miranda a "Cheerleader" again (more than once)!Image IPB

That would be a lot of fun, but it would have to account for one or the other being dead.  The reason Liara was able to get LotSB was that she was alive in everyone's playthrough.  Granted I still would have liked to have seen a VS DLC in ME2, since I believe those characters deserved SOMETHING, but I'm not the one pulling the strings at Bioware.

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed, though!

They'll just have to record some new dialogue for your present squadmates so that, if dead, one or the other can be substituted for the deceased one.
Or make it Oriana for Jack and Rodriguiz for Miranda.  ;)

I would pay ten of your American dollars for such a one.

But come now, what seven kinds of fool offs Stabby and Jugs?

Ditto.  She died on the Terminator Reaper scene. What bugged me is that the last scene when TIM wants you to save the Collector Base was the FIRST time that evil woman said anything even approaching something I could sympathise with... and then it was too late not to get her killed.  Tough break Miri.  The playthrough I had in ME3 where she was alive I thought she was a totally different character than she seemed in ME2... not sure if bad writing or good development...

That's because you didn't take time to talk to her, if you had you would have known that even in ME2 she was also a passionate, loving and caring person underneath who stood up for what she believed was right.

But let's stop there before it turns into a hate thread. You don't like one of them that's fine, just let it go... this thread is about the idea of a DLC with the two of them.
