Well, the next full moon is August 2. According to my calculations, if the thread is still stickied (stuck? stickified?) at that time, and we each sacrifice a kitten at midnight, the chances of the DLC occurring will increase by a full percentage point.*





*That is not per kitten. Sacrificing additional kittens will not result in any added benefit.

I think Jack and Miranda teaming up together would be epic. The humor involved would be so much fun to watch and listen. Jack could tease her about Cerberus and Miranda... responding... oh man this could be sooo good to see.

Something like this shouldn't be DLC, more like an enhanced edition with more than just Jack and Miranda.  Temp squadmates.  Thane could meet you at the start of the Citadel mission, his conclusion wouldn't change.  Wrex on Sur'Kesh.  Mordin on the final Tuchanka mission.  Jacob "Throws up a barrier" doesn't get shot and goes with on that mission. Samara.  

Not sure how to get Jack away from her students.  Miranda, could be convinced to be a full
squadmate when first met, or at least the Horizon mission.

Unfortunately this isn't CD Project Red.

I don't think I registered my interest in this before, but I certainly could dig this (and have a completed Jack LI game). Of course, there are those obvious issues such as them being in any given game and how Jack has a good thing going on with her students. Also might be a chance to give Thane some nice extra action if the quest is done within a certain time-frame.

Really though, while such dlc would be a pleasant surprise I'm not expecting it.

Well, Bioware doesn't want to create content not everyone is going to see <- almost exact quote, said about Rachni - mission - "We are not Alpha Protocol". Hell, people wanted Kaiden/Ashley DLC for ME2 and no dice. Yet, we all want to believe there is a chance of them making a DLC for characters, that could die in ME2, or are canon-dead in ME3 in default game (Jack never seen, Miranda auto-death in Sanctuary).

Don't get me wrong, I want to see this, I want the game to be filled with Miranda to the brim, yet I know how Bioware always worked, which characters they favour, and how much EA looks into their earnings now.

Not going to happen, unless all other DLC will sell very-very-very well, with MP still being around and dev-team wanting to do something risky. So - no. There could also be chance, that even then they would just write mediocre script and send it to other team, like they did with Arrival. Look how it ended up.

I'm not a fan of retconing the game, so I don't want Miranda being a squad unless new content is added. The damage is already done. And Jack I still find her growth on exponential level too forced, so maybe she could go back to her old ways for a mission.

Nothing that I would love more than an enhanced edition with decent romance scenes for all the characters that got shafted, Omega DLC should be there as well as some others decent side-quests (because let's fce it, ME3 is really lacking in that department) and having Omega and Illium as hub worlds.

But like you said BioWare is miles away from being as much of a good company as CD Projekt Red, they were too lazy to even build their own engine. Also, BW doesn't care about its fans as long as it's making money, so popular demand will lead us nowhere unless the Talimancers rage is involved.

I said before and I'll say it again, don't get your hopes up for this thread being stickied. There were many topics asking for character DLC so the mods probably got tired of closing threads (not Priestly though, that's his favorite hobby) and decided to make this official.

God, having a DLC with Jack and Miranda would be really neat. It could finally show Miranda involved in a Cerberus arc. It would also be really nice to have some sort of resolution between those two, having both of them handshack and be, you know, friends of some sort. It would really help the romance for both, give more depth to the characters, give a more intersting catch on cerberus (it is greatly needed) and give the possibility to new comers to have Jack and save Miranda. Make this happen Bioware

I like it. An ordinary name for the road not trodden(the life that girl never got to live) She's now Jack and will never be that Jennifer.
