Those of us that romanced them got hardcore shafted by ME3.  I would love for them to come out with some DLC where hey played a key roll.  That way we romancers could get more content and thise that did not romance them still get some cool missions and what not.

I support this 380%. Screw the aliens, screw the humans instead!

But in all honesty, at least some effort went into creating the human female LIs. The alien ones are just Bioware going 'They're alien and they're supposed to be hot. Now bang them. Bang them. BANG THEM GODDAMMIT, THEY'RE ALIEN. What more do you want?!'

I want a Miranda who's not mutilated as a character and I want a better romance scene. I want Miranda on Cronos Station, damn it! Whoever thought keeping her away from there was a good idea deserves a kick in the butt.

I know I've made the joke before, but...

Lieutenant Quattro, I think it's high time you revealed your true identity and united the BSN to this cause.

I think if it was stickied by accident, it would have been taken down by now. Here's to hoping.

Edited.

Unecessary writing.

Yeah, exactly. I myself considered it likely a mistake for some time, as these things have happened numerous times in the past. But for this long? Not to my recollection.

It's probably up here to discourage redundant threads. The theorist in me considers that it could also be used as a gauge to help determine fan desire, but eh.

Maybe they have something planned that will include this type of content and are keeping this thread open to "gauge fan desire", as you say.

What would be the point otherwise?

I think a community manager probably just decided to sticky it after the EC, when there were a lot of threads being created about this.

Not an accident, but probably not all that significant either.

Well, like I said, it could simply be an effort to condense redundant threads. But admittedly, I was almost entirely absent from the BSN from late March until rather recently. I'm unsure how many of these threads have popped up. I could be off-base -- but if very few have been made, that doesn't bode well for us, anyway. >_>

Good to know there were a lot of threads on it, at least.

Some were DLC requests, some were complaints about Miranda and Jack's relatively meager LI content in the EC. But there were a lot. This was stickied at that point.

It calmed things down because then everybody was like: wow, attention being paid to us ;)

Likely done to contain the chaos, then. Sad to hear it.

Haha, well. It'd be awesome if that turns out to be the case! But...

...well, you know the drill as well as I do.

I do indeed =]

Anyway, it's not a bad thing. But more likely done from a moderator/community manager perspective rather than a dev perspective, I think.

We never have much more than hope anyway.

I wouldn't mind being appeased once in a while though :P

Mmmmm... You might recognize parts of this little manifesto:

Do not close this thread! I have something I'd liketo say first. I'd like to start by asking the forgiveness of the  forum moderators and all BSN users. We mean no disrespect by taking over this thread. I am Skullheart. I have come to you today as someone who carries within him the true aspirations of part of the ignored fanbase. Do not think of me as Skullheart of the Miranda Fanbase, but rather as a fan from the ME2 characters. Mass Effect 2 legacy has nothing to do sidelining and shafting the ME2 squad! Shepard did not build the best team of the galaxy just to see its members as expendable characters in ME3, or reduced to a weak cameo. When one sees how the best team was treated in ME3, it becomes apparent that they were screwed by unknown forces furing the development of the game.

The players enjoyed ME2 by knowing every aspect of their favorite characters, they expanded the characters with headcanon, even discussed about them in the Bioware forums, looking forward what will be the destiny of those characters. Unfortunately, their expectations weren't met by the experience from the third game. We had well developed characters in ME2, but in ME3 we are sticked with some new and bad characters, useless to the game experience.

We hope that Bioware doesn't repeat the mistake of sidelining even more the ME2 character in DLC content, like the romance content for Miranda and Jack was shafted in the extended cut (only a two seconds slip vs an emotive good bye and a grieving scene on the Normandy). Why won't the devs and writers understand that the horizons of the ME2 are beyond from what is in the game. They have so much unused potential that can be expanded by future DLC content.

Just putting in my vote (or whatever) to show my support for this (or any ME2 character dlc, though Miranda and Jack are top of the list)
