We build them(sentient synthetic life forms) then destroy them cause we feel threatened by them to then wonder why in the worlds would we feel threatened by said synthetic sentient life forms?

Sounds like a http://www.thefreedi...m/vicious cycle to meImage IPB

It's the best choice from the original three endings, and it still is.

For me it's a toss up, between telling the dumb kid to take a hike or pick destroy.

I'm pretty sure that child is Harbringer or something alike disguised. If you listen to his voice one he says "so be it" it sounds like Harbringer.

I like destroy. It no doubt ha some heavy moral implications and it was a VERY hard decision for my Shep to make, but in the end it came down to that terrible calculus of war that Garrus and Shep spend so much time agonizing over. Shep hates herself for it, and hates the need for it even more, but there is only one guarantee that the reapers won't come back. If she chooses control, and is no longer herself, how can she be sure that one day reaping won't seem like the best idea? How can she even trust that she could end up differently from TIM? She just spent three games dealing with Indoctrination and the seduction of survival by control. She has proof positive of the way that mess ends up, and she cant risk the galaxy on a maybe. Same deal w/ synthesis- so MAYBE the new DNA will work and everyone is happy- but how can she trust this AI, which just stated, flat out, that it is responsible for the death and destruction of countless trillions of sentients, and it has absolutely zero remorse or compunctions about it? The catalyst straight up said "I want synthesis- That is my goal!" From Shep's point of view, this thing's goal is skewed and as much as she wants the easy answer, the way to make the galaxy safe without having to sacrifice a billion over there so two billion over here can win, she just can't risk it. She has one chance, ONE to end this thing and save her cycle, and that's too important to trust to a malfunctioning AI.
But- that's just how my Shep feels, yours is probably different, and that's cool brah.

EDI the Geth and every single soldier and ship in the galaxy are assets and assets are expendable.I made peace between the quarians and the geth but i still choose destroy the only good reaper is a dead reaper there are no cookie cutter approches we destroy them or they destroy us.

I couldn't bring myself to sacrifice EDI (especially after her saying she never felt more live just 30 minutes prior) and the Geth for what was essentially overkill. All three options ended the threat, and while destroying the Reapers once and for all was tempting, I thought it was too big of a sacrifice.
