When trying to player earlier, for whatever reason I was unable to connect to the EA servers. Maybe there were down for maintenance, maybe the problem was on my end. I wasn't concerned, as I wanted to play some singleplayer. But nope, I can't load a single save because EA need to verify that it was indeed me who downloaded this free, avalible to everyone DLC. Great.

Is there anyway I can be able to play offline while still having the DLC? If not, can I just unistall the EC files and be able to play offline again? I have a spotty internet connection atm and a few minutes worth of extra cutscenes which I have already seen on youtube isn't worth having to be connected at all times.
