Like some of you in the community, I had little interest in this title (Mass Effect) and it barely had any recognition and very little hopes of getting noticed. A year before the annoncement of ME2 a friend lend me a copy of ME1 and I gave it try only knowing that at the time, this was the only game that actually had repricusions for just about any decision you made. With that I dove into ME1...and I was hooked. The thrill of exploration, conatct with alien species, listening to each characters back story and about their culture all of it sucked me in and fortunately, by the time ME2 was announced I was already finishing and only had to wait about four months and rolled right into ME2 with the svae transfer program.
 
anyway, I bought my own copy of ME1 and have CE's of ME2 and ME3. I have not played ME3 since I finished it around the time of its initial release and playing it once again with the EC brought me back in, hooked and wanting to go back and play my secondary player. In my opinoin regardless of the lack of detail on the ending on inital realease, this series did more than most other games could. I won't be forgetting about this story or the companions which i put soOoOo much time into for a long time and no doubt, at some point i will play them all once again.

with that said, I enjoyed the EC closure of each ending and can feel good knowing that i can uninstall (maybe next year ^^ will wait for dlc's) and make room for other games. i look forward to the next title in the ME franchise.
