Well, possibly, if they built up the situation right. The Geth could possibly come to Shepard's aid if he resolved their conflict and perhaps infect the Reaper-God.

Get the child VA out of work, he really is bad. Thats more concerning is that he might get more work. Ewwww. He can barely speak English properly without lisping and overacting.
Topic: Possibly it depends how much more techy the race that built him was. Since they needed to build an AI to solve a simple problem chances are they aren't that bright. Probably was caveman types.

Yes and no. In control you become the new catalyst while the old essentialy "dies"

And what's the point in that? I don't think it would help you in stopping the reapers or anything else.
