Since Multiplayer Manifest was released, I have only been able to see my Galaxy at War rating. I can not view any information for the Leaderboards, Achievements or Multiplayer Manifest.
This is the message on screen - We were unable to find any multiplayer data for this account. Need help?
I have searched the forums and could not find any posts from anyone else having this issue.
How can this application pull my Galaxy at War rating information but nothing else?
I have used different browsers (Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer).
I have verified twice with EA Chat "employees" that my accounts are linked properly (BSN - Xbox 360 Gamertag). This was the "solution" that I was offered today:

Hi, did you click "activate activate online profiles". It can be found by clicking your forum profile pic the hitting games.
