Afk for a bit this morning. Had to get some hiking in with my sweetie-pie.
@CastonFolarus -- Really nice dialogue you came up with there. You have a very good feel for Jacob's writing. Thanks for sharing

As a Thane fan, I can feel for the Jacob fans out there.
@d1ta -- Citizenship granted!
@Ghost1017 -- Lol. That is alot of Jacobs, there.
@Sumthing -- I hope you answered the $ question on the survey

@The-Hunta -- I haven't been keeping track of how many unique posters we have, unfortunately, but the thread is certainly one of the "higher" viewed threads on this forum. Almost 11000 views last I checked, and it's probably over that by now.
As far as you second question, about players that don't have a romance in a game, the additional content like side missions, etc would still be there, they just wouldn't be taking advantage of the romance content that is bundled with it. For example, a Cerberus side mission involving Miranda, Jack, and Jacob. If there are no romances with those characters that content wouldn't be experienced, but you'd still have them in your squad (for that mission, anyway, not sure if BW would add them permenantly....would be nice!). Make sense?
@Flog61 -- Thanks!
@Brovikk Rasputin -- I respect your opinion. What we have found out from this thread, though, is that a cure for Thane is a very common request, by romancers and non-romancers alike (as is a different option for the Jacob storyline, lol). There's no reason why if the option is added, that you can't go on playing your game
just the way you like it, with him passing on. That's what "feels right" to you, and the people in this thread support you being able to keep that option in your game.
However., having the option available to cure him, will also make his storyline "feel right" to those that want to be able to choose that option. To be clear, this thread does not support the removal of any current content from the game (besides bugs, of course), it only supports additional content. I won't address this further, as there are many threads that go into the Thane drama saga of yes/no cure, and the point of this thread is not to debate issues, it is to take suggestions.. I did want to make sure that you were clear on what many folks here are supporting, though.
