Keep us updated on the surveys!
Will do.
I did find out last night, that the statistical analysis that was planned will be reduced, due to some software importing issues.
We will still be analysing the results (tables, percentages, graphs, etc) into report form, however. And, it's still a heck of alot of information for Bioware to take a look at, as well. Just not as much with the math, unfortunately.

Is the survey done
If you mean the results, probably not. Give it a couple of weeks.

Of course, I'll post things here about the survey data, as I continue to find them out.
And, I agree, staying on the first couple pages of the forums is always good. I've been taking a bit of a break for the past few days, with how much time I've been on here the past couple of weeks, lol.
Of course everyone should still feel free to make suggestions and comments. That's what the thread is here for

Yep, this. 7900 surveys is a ton of data to analyze.

Well anyway, I forgot to say it in this thread, but, although my main LI is Thane, I do support equal content for all of the LI's. And all of the LI's had issues, some of them bigger than others, but still, they could all use some more TLC.
Because at least for me, the diffirent LI's plays a big part in making each of my playthroughs unique, as they help define who your Shepard is just as much as the Paragon/Renegade and class choices do.
And it's a shame that certain playthroughs suffer since because certain LI's got shortchanged and others didn't.
It's no fun to go through a playthrough and think "Oi, why did character X get more content whily character Y didn't?" to be frank, it detracts from the overall experience.
And that's a bit of backward logic imo, why shouldn't each LI playthrough be enjoyable, and thus make the game more interesting?
Because irregardless of which LI was chosen, I think all of us wanted to be able to say that we were content.
And I hope Bioware is open-minded enough to let it happen.
Ok, I know I've rambled enough haven't I?

I think Bioware should also consider in making more same sex LI's, I know they did turn Kaidan into an LI for both maleshep and femshep. But I'm very curious to why they didn't do the same with Ashley, James or some of the other LI's? I know they made two same sex ones for Mass effect 3 but I think they could've branched out a bit more with the options, especially with anyone with femsheps
Sorry if this sounds like b****ing lol, kinda new to these forums
I actually partially agree with you here. As far as Same-sex options go, Fem-Shep has more choices than Male-Shep. On the other hand, the exclusive straight options for Fem-Shep has been reduced, and as such Male-Shep has more straight options.
Addnig new LI's as well as "fixing" the ones who shortchanged for Fem-Shep would even things out.
My own suggestion would be this:
For Fem-Shep
Thane
Garrus
Jacob
James
Samantha
For Fem+Male-Shep
Liara
Kelly
Kaidan
Samara*1
Javik*2
*Insert Male LI here*
For Male-Shep
Miranda
Ashley
Jack
Tali
Steve
I know I'm one male option short in the "available for both F!/M!-Shep" category, but the dilemma would be to either:
a) Make another male Fem-Shep exclusive option available for both genders.
Personally I'm more inclined to go with b, but figuring out who to add is a headscratcher for me
Option "a" is not preferrable imo since that would be unequal to Fem-Shep.
1*/Samara? Yes Samara. That teaser in ME2 was cruel. And c'mon, how does Samara not deserve love?
2*/ Wha...Javik? Yes Javik. Because he's not just an interesting character as it is, he's also an alien and male. And imo, Male-Shep needs some "malien" love too, not just Fem-Shep.
And I rambled again it seems...

I'm pretty sure that there are threads for both of these up, so you might want to pop onto them to make a post showing your support :]

Added an "Announcements" section, so folks can stay quickly up-to-date with any new developments regarding the survey. Also, summarized the results of the BSN polls from a couple of weeks ago.

2nd: Forgive me but, what's is the point of this ? I understand many people want Romance DLC, (including me) but do you think BW care results ?
#946
Posté 20 juillet 2012 - 08:08
I can't say if BW will care or not. Wish I could. But, the important thing is that we, the fans, show them that WE care about this. Bioware is a company, and their bottom line is profits. So, if we can show them that enough people want this type of DLC, then maybe they will consider making it. That's about all we can do.
I tell you one thing though...7900 surveys. That's alot of surveys. And we didn't reach anywhere near the sum of the ME audience. There are ALOT of people that wanted more time with their squadmates & LIs in the game, and while I haven't seen any of the survey results yet, I think they are going to be pretty difficult to ignore.

Please do.
Hopefully no one ends up following me over this. I really don't post much so they'd be wasting their time.
