It's up to 13,000 hits. So it is most definitely slowing down. In case you were wondering, no, I haven't heard back from an actual person from BioWare (not that I really expected to but that's OK), I know they do have it and "someone" is reading it. Also, I haven't heard back from Erik Kain, although I didn't really think he'd be able to do much with it. I also haven't heard back from the email I sent to BioWare a couple days ago. But I will definitely let you guys know if I do hear anything.
Yep, a rush of traffic in the first couple days was to be expected. If we can keep up 500-1000 hits/day though, I think we'll be in good shape. Traffic might also pick up on the weekends when people have more time.

We. Need. A. Good. Story.
A story, that's well told. That doesn't fall apart after a minute of scrutiny. Stop asking for fan service, please. Start demanding a story that is worth more than toilet paper. This is getting ridiculous.

Oh God, no. Please no. We don't need a custom femshep, or a special hairstyle, or DLC weapons, or a Romance DLC Pack. Or any more bull****.

I agree. The romances were handled well I think, but its getting way too much attention. There could be tons of content that doesn't involve romancing anything on two legs.
Samara is a good example here. She is one of the characters in ME2 you can have the most interaction with, without slipping into a romance plot, and it was awesome. She had a lot more screen time than a un-romanced love interest, which made her a much better character than many other.

Otherwise I'd wholeheartedly support it.

Nice. I definitely don't think we need James Vega to be an LI. The bond Shepard forms with him has a lot more value as a strictly platonic relationship. Besides, we need characters who aren't Shepsexual. I do want to see better LI treatment though - cough, cough, Jacob Taylor.
Who would you prefer as a male love interest for femshep, bearing in mind if she kills kaidan and doesn't romance garrus in me2, se has no straight options at all?

I think Vega should be a fair addition as a heterosexual LI for FemShep. I wouldn't choose him but I support it. But honestly I think it's more important that they fix the current LIs before adding new ones. There's a lot of disappointed people out there who lost their LI or had very little time with them.

I'd like to see her with Jacob Taylor, Thane (for a substantial period of time), Zaeed, or a new DLC character (even Javik) honestly. Of course, if the majority wants Vega, then I wouldn't take that from them, but one of my biggest gripes with the game's handling of character relationships is that too many were romanceable from the start, and Femshep certainly hasn't been getting any love - I play mostly as Femshep. I really felt Vega was a fascinating character; instead of trying to make out with you when he asks to come up to your cabin, he asks for career advice; countless other moments like that really sold him for me. Of course, I entered convo's with him expecting him to be romanceable, so I guess that made him even more meaningful and realistic as a character when he wasn't predictable.

Heh, in how much time do you estimate it will reach 20, 000?
I have 3ds max, so I could perhaps help out on that one.
One LI pairing per person, or multiple LI pairings?
(Feel free to PM me if you want, either here on BSN, or HTL)
As for video, I'm afraid my skills don't extend into video editing/recording sadly :/

We are sitting at just over 15K hits on the blog, so we should hit 20K likely by this coming weekend.
