In Leviathan there were some LI interactions. I remember one with maleshep/Ashley and fem/Garrus. So in a way they are listening.
Really? Are you certain it's LI related and not just friend related?
You can start Leviathan as soon as you finish Palaven, which is well before you get do establish much of the love-interest relationship at all. So that implies one of two things: 1., you lose dialogue with your love interest if you do it when it becomes available as opposed to waiting, or 2., that you're reading too much into it or overestimating its relevance.
Also, just noticing this thread for the first time. I'm totally in support of it.

I didn't know this before someone linked a video of it in another thread, but yes, they do indeed have some dialogue reserved for romanced team members in the Leviathan
More interaction with your romantic interests would certainly not hurt, but I doubt they could cover all the available romances adequately. If we got something of the sort, it would likely be a DLC focussing on one particular character, and probably someone who was neglected before that, like making Jack relevant to whatever story they write. Then again, they'd have to account for the possibility that she's dead, so maybe it wouldn't be worth the hassle. If so, they could only go with Kaidan/Ashley and Liara

If you have to choose, remove the Catalyst or more romance content/LI reunion?

All I want is fair treatment for female Shepards. Is it really such an outlandish idea to treat both male and female players the same? If there is any romance DLC, this has to be the starting point.
AGREED.
FemShep was treated poorly in LI department.

I fully agree, as well. The ME2 romance scenes were poor enough already and I had really hoped that they would have learned from them and made ME3 scenes that much better. Sadly it wasn't so.

I did notice that Shepard and Liara's dialogue is now different if you continued her romance in Lair of the Shadow Broker, when I played ME3 with Leviathan installed, so I guess that bug is fixed.

@Cyberstrike -- Nice to see that one is fixed, then.
Now, if we could only get BW to spend some time on the ME2 romances....
