You are most welcome.   I thought they were pretty fantastic, as well.  I think many people would be exceedingly impressed at the LACK of "moar secks plz" in the comments.  It is present, but it is honestly the exception to the rule.

Instead, you find the honest, and often quite tactful opinions and suggestions of thousands of Mass Effect fans around the world, on how they would like to see BioWare improve upon their favorite game/story in the world.

I would agree. Overall I found it to be quite an intelligent study. The feedback obtained came across as being very constructive. Did anyone from BW see these results? Even if it has no impact on future ME3 DLC then it would be nice to think that it may have had some small influence in future games planning.

We don't know exactly who there has seen it, but we know that some of them have, and we've received positive feedback from a couple BSN  Community Mods and via Twitter.

What did you think of my suggestion for Ashley's new appearances?

Personally, I think they are great.  But, I'm of the camp that I don't really like how BioWare "sexed" her up in ME3 compared to ME1 and ME2.  And, as I'm sure you know, not everyone agrees on stuff like character appearance, etc.  Some people get vary attached to what their favored character looks like, and don't like to see changes, or at the very least will have strong opinions on what should/shouldn't be changed, lol.

My job isn't to pick sides, though, it's to present information and options.  So, once I get time to update the first post tomorrow or Friday, I'll put a link to them in Ashley's section :)

I would like to see her ME1 type armor back too, the other armor suggestion was because her last two Alt Appearances is her casual outfit (Which is stupid lol), so it fills the gap.

But I do prefer the pony-tail over the bun and her current hair

Not trying to be a troll, just curious of what are the chances of Bioware actually looking at this or agreeing to this petition and making a romance DLC. Just curious because last I remember, Bioware doesn't take petitions =/

Though I do support a Romance DLC. The romances start too late in the game and it's kind of limited in interaction when you do get around to it.

Unfortunately, only BW can answer your question with any degree of certainty.  I'm sure they've seen the thread, and some of their employees have seen the survey results and, I'd hope, the blog, as well.

All we can do is keep plugging along, at least until it looks like no additional DLC will be released, at which point our (and every other DLC) initiative will be pointless.

But, yes, it is hard to stay focused and working so hard on something that is so uncertain.  We, however, keep at it nonetheless, b/c if we don't, well, then most certainly nothing will happen.

Always keep abreast of the blog (link in my sig) to see how hard we are working for Mass  Effect romance fans everywhere :)

The chances of a full-blown LI/Romance themed DLC is probably incredibly remote. However, voicing our appreciation of that side of ME may encourage them to put a few additional scenes/lines in future DLC.

Plus, if nothing comes of it in this DLC, then our opinions may be considered ahead of any future game.

I was hoping ME3 would have individual missions for squad members similar to the loyalty missions in ME2. Was a bit disappointed that there isn't.

We've got new submissions up for Screenshot Thursday!  Pictures are courtesy of @mnomaha and @wildannie.  We are also looking for new submissions, so if you want to show off your Shep and LI of choice, give us a jingle.Posted Image

I would love them to remove the obligation to be "Romance locked" with someone. And add confrontation dialogs between interested LI.

Romance locking is when you kiss someone, you do not have the option to flirt with other people ever again.
I want my complicated love triangle between Miranda and Ashley, with a choice to make in the end. I had to go through an entire playthrough (right before I launched Priority Chronos, so I had to make 2 playthroughs before I saw th endings) just to understand why I had no option to flirt with Ashley after I had kinky moments in Miranda's hotel room.

Well I think that would definitely make sense if you were playing renegade promiscuous Shep, who likely wouldn't bat an eyelid at cheating.

That's a pretty comprehensive list! Personally I'm not too fussy about adding more same-sex relationships, specifically because I'm not so sure they really fit all that well for Garrus and Tali. Miranda was supposedly going to allow a relationship with a female shepard in Mass Effect 2, so that could be a possible one in place of Garrus and Tali (who have their own possible love interest anyway ;)).

I don't know if it makes sense for more playable Mass Effect 2 characters to be part of a romance DLC; it seems more likely it would be a Mass Effect 2 character DLC that (hopefully) had romance changes built in. It's absolutely something I'd love to see given how poor the squad selection is for Mass Effect 3 though, especially since I liked a lot of the Mass Effect 2 characters. It could easily be implemented with the Spectre office allowing more past Cerberus involvements to be pardoned.

Regarding the suggestion for a Miranda mission; the easiest way to integrate a mission would be to allow Shepard to join her on a pre-Sanctuary mission, rather than Miranda simply going it alone the whole time. Particularly if you can use a past or growing romance with her as leverage. This way you can recruit her nice and early, but then have her sneak off the ship to go on her mission that leads her to Sanctuary, with her returning once her sister is safe again.

I definitely think Thane's stuff should play out normal, though if Shepard maintains their relationship with Thane it could be interesting if Kolyat joined the party instead out of respect for his father's wishes to see Shepard succeed or such.

Anyway, I really do hope to see it as an area that is improved; the inclusion of Mass Effect 2 characters was always going to be tenuous due to Bioware making it possible for almost any of them to die. I wasn't too disappointed by the level of content they did get in Mass Effect 3 as for most of them it was more than I expected. Even so, the Mass Effect 2 love interest sections are a bit lacking in Mass Effect 3.

Some idea for Ashley's side mission - storyline based on Mass Effect: Evolution comic books
About her grandfather and his possible connections with Cerberus.

"Faithful" version of Ashley's romance scene is bugged for sure, because Liara and Kaidan have the extra lines in those versions, but Ashley have NO extra lines.
Here is real "faithful" version

All missing lines are here http://www.youtube.c...Wax5N72-88jpNIi

An interesting question (or three) in the Monday Musing - I can see why the romance side of games might not appeal to all, but personally, I think it only enriches the games, particularly character-driven games such as BW's. Added depth, extra motivation etc.
