 Exactly. This was the type of DLC a lot of fans were convinced bioware would never do and they did! You did good and so did all the peeps who kept going, kept sending things to bioware, kept writing, you should all be proud.

Guys I'm the biggest Garrus fangirl ever but I simply can't be happy about this until I know the others will get what they deserve at last and not another slap in the face for picking the "wrong"LI .

This so much. Even I get everything that I want with Garrus, I can't be totally happy when so many of the people that I like here get slapped in the face.

They could at least confirm something about Thane and Jacob. Even if they did make Vega available, to do this type of DLC without inculding two of femSheps LI just seems trollish and harsh.

But how would that work? Would I either become virtual myself, thereby consisting of the same electrical impulses and binary signals as my virtual girlfriend, leading to a completely normal event of two digital characters getting together? But could it be called screwing then instead of, like, pulsing? Or are you suggesting the possibility that we could somehow convert our virtual girlfriend's personality into a sort of VI which we could then - assuming the technology exists or can be created for $15 - be imprinted Dollhouse-style into a real body, and thus be able to screw her? But then, what constitutes virtual, and what constitutes a real human at this point?

Haven't been here for a while but thought I'd drop in and offer congratulations re today's final DLC news!
I had a couple of things that I desperately wanted out of this final piece of DLC, and I'm glad to say that I got one of them. As much as the ending still grates, a big thank you to BW for listening to us re romancing/LI DLC. It sounds like we'll be getting more than I ever expected. 
A big thank you for those that have kept hammering this message home to BW, and now I'm off to.....

Gosh, I can't remember the last time I poked around the ME3 boards. But I *have* been following Cosmic Love's blog, and I just wanted to pop my head into this thread and say - thanks, guys, for all your hard work. I guess we'll never know for sure what convinced BW to take this path for the last DLC, but I'm sure your efforts were a big part of it. Still not entirely convinced that my canon romance is going to get any kind of love, but something is better than nothing and I'm so happy that the other LIs are going to get a last hurrah. It's more than I expected. I haven't touched ME3's SP since the EC, but this last DLC will be enough for me to pick it up again with a secondary Shep. So I guess - hooray for BW doing the unexpected? And thanks to you guys for fighting the good fight. Looks like it worked

I hope someone comes to visit Shepard and let her cry about Thane some in her apartment...

I was on the second page of the Announcing the final ME3 Single Player DLC thread in this forum asking after Thane, and it wasn't until moments ago I saw Chris' comment about it occurring after the Coup.

Anyone want to speculate as to whether they might have added romance flags? I'm sure if they had that they would have mentioned but ... Samara or Vega could've been nice.

Unlike the others, I don't think I ever actually posted in this thread, but I did lurk around when it was active, and I too would like to thank you for any influence your determination invoked.

Not to get your hopes up, but in response to a question about Thane and Jacob content, they said they can't talk about that because it's too spoiler-y. Either that's the standard response they are giving to any specific questions (likely) or there's Thane content they don't want to spoil (possible but much less likely).
