1. This isn't the EA Support page
2. It is a Peer Level forum, and the game forum season is over
3. There is a link to EA Help at the bottom of every page (currently named as Bioware Game Support).
4. Personally, I never wanted any game fragments not included on a disk. I have no experience at all with DLC. Neverthrless, I feel certain that everything you needed to know had all been posted for you and pinned where you could have found it, had you chosen to do so.

Hi I may have your soulition.
C:\\Program Files\\ Origin Games\\ Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate edition\\Addins
Also, Open up your My Documents Folder.
Open the Bioware folder then Dragon Age Then you see how there is a SECOND addins folder.
Transfer the files from the folder into this documents folder and load the game.
For some reason they install the dlc files in the origin program, even tho there supposted to be located in your documents folder.
Your welcome, and Enjoy

I had the same problem, changing the string on the XML file (RequiresAuthorization from 1 to 0) solved the authorization problem but still some DLCs are not appearing in the game even though the game says they are installed and authorized
EDIT: Installing 1.05 solved that problem too! So just do as I did:
Locate AddIns.xml in "C:/Users/(Username)/Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Settings" and edit it using WordPad or any XML editor. Replace all RequiresAuthorization="1" with RequiresAuthorization="0".
Install 1.05.
Enjoy
