Heh...Synthesis, Refuse, or Tupari.

Of course I'd choose Synthesis.

Refuse means sacrificing the future on the altar of a principle. It is a choice for those who are so self-centered as to think their own morality is more important than the life of billions. A detestable attitude.

Synthesis is being gullible enough to think your enemy couldn't possibly be misleading you with the "too good to be true" option. I'd steer clear of all tv ads if I were you

At least with Reject we know we'll be wiped out; with Synthesis we might wish we had been

Shepard: "Stop them? This isn't about strategy. This is about survival!"

Javik: "Stand in the ashes of a trillion dead souls and ask the ghosts if honor matters."

Shepard is already half synthetic and it doesn't hurt. I'd rather be part omni-tool with a bad complexion than be dead.

Also why not trust Star boy? Strip away all the mystical talk and he's a VI created for a singular purpose. To maintain balance. His programming compels him to go the best option available, and Shepard literally made better options possible, which was why he was cooperating. He's limited to his programming.

Some would be dead. The rest would be the next Reaper.

You clearly have no idea what Synthesis does (I mean, even in a pro-synth headcanon way). That’s why a single person shouldn’t make such decisions.

The premise of this thread is asinine, but still.

The arguments against synthesis has degenerated into rethoric
An open discussion on the topic seem rare and far between. Its just fear mongering in just about every post.

If it's green or die, then green. If people prefer to die, they can always leap off a building.

I would honestly turn the game off and sell it. I played the whole Trilogy to defeat the Reapers. Not to join with them or to bow down as they destroy my galaxy. **** that

And so you came here, puking dirty rainbows everywhere. I prefer to die free, with my own conscious then become a reaper machine.

Refuse since I, the player, do not believe that synthesis is possible after the meaningless technobabble we get from Godchild. If I was able to suspend enough disbelief to accept the possibility... who knows?

Refuse. I would rather die than to choose synthesis. Imagine Husks, Canibals, Bruts walking on the street.

This is how my Shepard would go out. This is how I'd go out.
I'd never allow the Reapers to win.

Only after you allow someone to randomly replace your body parts with synthetics.
Which, by allowing, is more than what the victims of synthesis get.

Refuse. Synthesis is just too horrible.

And I agree about the dumb standing around in the Refusal ending. It would make more sense if Shep just committed suicide or contacted her LI one last time or something like that.

Refuse, without hesitation.

Hell I'd tell them to blow up the Charon Relay and thus the Sol system to make sure NO ONE would ever use the Crucible for Synthesis ever.
